Let's Get Up and MOVE!

I just had to share this great video of an old couple dancing. At A Paradise for Parents Assisted Living Homes in #SupriseArizona and #GoodyearArizona, we often have families dancing with their loved ones on Holidays. We also have caregivers who dance with some of them when we have the musical group Audreys Angels come and play concerts monthly.

We just love seeing people getting up and moving! You are only as old as you feel.
